We understand that you might not always need to come to the office or you may not have the time. Click the link below to find our more about video visits from your smart phone or computer. 


 Video visits are great for...

Video Visits allow Spring Hill Family Medicine patients to save time by visiting with a health care provider without having to travel to the clinic. They are available to any current SHFM patients. They are particularly convenient for patients with conditions and situations such as:

  • Acne
  • Diarrhea
  • Insect bites
  • Pink eye
  • Poison ivy
  • Rashes
  • Seasonal allergies
  • Skin inflammations
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Vomiting
  • Abdominal pain
  • Sore throat (may still need a lab visit)
  • Flu (may still need a lab visit)
  • Medication follow up as approved 

Video Visits are not advisable for...

  • Bleeding that won’t stop
  • Difficulty Breathing
  • Persistent Fever
  • Rectal Bleeding
  • Shortness of Breath
  • Sudden numbness/weakness
  • Wound Care
  • Chest pain

If you are experiencing severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, sudden numbness/weakness, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Please note: Some visits may still require an office visit but many can be completed online!

How We Help

Preventative Care

We offer a variety of preventative care services such as annual physical vaccinations and immunizations, and wellness exams. We do not currently offer childhood immunizations. 

 

Acute Symptoms

We offer diagnostics for many acute symptoms such as ear infections, strep throat, flu, colds, and other illnesses. Our Urgent Care/Walk in is available 5 days a week. 

 

Chronic Issues

You can rely on us to treat all of your chronic care needs such as hypertension, diabetes, elevated cholesterol, and others.

Hours

 We are available for scheduled patients Monday-Thursday from  8-5, Friday from 8-4.  Our Walk-in/Urgent Care is open from 7:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 7:30-4 on Friday accepting our last patient at 3:30pm.
